Caddy v2 is a great and simple reverse proxy and there is a guide on these very forums.

Jellyfin2 - 10.10.1 Minix ZX100-0db MiniPC, Intel N100 (transcoding on)

Reverse Proxy - Caddy v2 running on a Pi3b+
