PGS subs stop playing in the middle of the movie

We are just verifying whether the experimental PGS subtitle rendering is the problem or the PGS track itself.  If the issue occurs even while burning in, that eliminates the experimental PGS rendering as the problem.

hey it was indeed the experimental PGS rendering that was the issue, with transcoding turned on, the subs work just fine, Not sure how to debug the experimental feature as there are no logs for it
