PGS subs stop playing in the middle of the movie

Jellyfin stops playing subtitles in one specific file at a specific timestamp, everytime.

There is a fix for libpgs-js in the upcoming 10.10.2, but not sure if it is related to your problem.

If it is not fixed, you can open a ticket on github and share a PGS (.sup) sample so that the developers can fix it.
