There are two possible types, one is a server log, the other is an ffmpeg log for when the server invokes or tries to invoke transcoding on an incompatible media file. I'd guess you have incompatible media and something not set up correctly with regards to transcoding -- either something is disabled or you have hardware acceleration enabled when you don't have the correct (or any) device available on the server.

I checked my logs and there is no ffmpeg log created, when trying to play my media through Infuse.
But there is a server log:
