Folder name - "The Best Of Johnny Carson"
Folder name - Season01
"The Best Of Johnny Carson - S01E01.mkv"
"The Best Of Johnny Carson - S01E02.mkv"
or (I suspect the above option will be more of what you want, but you should try both)
Folder name - "The Best Of Johnny Carson"
"The Best Of Johnny Carson - Episode 1 720p.mkv"
"The Best Of Johnny Carson - Episode 2 720p.mkv"
Folder name - "The Best Of Johnny Carson"
Folder name - Season01
