I think this is solved, I think my EPG provider was having issues. Removed all tuner and EPG, then added back and all future EPG disappeared. Setup Xteve combined EPGs and filters, removed and re-added Tuner and EPG all good now.

Very odd that I could watch the channel, see the future scheduled but couldn't set a recording...
