On the Windows PC go to this directory
C:\Users\yourUser\appdata
Delete both "jellyfinmediaplayer" and "Jellyfin Media Player" folders. Open JMP and try connecting again.
On the iOS device ensure you are typing in the full address. http://192.168.X.X:8096
Change the IP to your actual LAN IP, but sometimes the http:// and :8096 need to be added. If that doesn't work reinstall the app. IIRC, iOS doesn't have the Android equivalent of "clearing your app cache".
