    I'm not able to replicate this behavior. I enabled saving of image to the media folder in my test setup and it saved. I then DELETED the images on the command line, unchecked that option in the test library settings, and replaced all images and it did NOT save images again.

    Do you have another app, like Tiny Media Manager or something, that could be adding those images separate from Jellyfin?
