Old computer as a Jellyfin server?

Want to know if this old computer can be used as server for jellyfin

The GPU does not have any hardware acceleration capability and the limited RAM and old CPU cores just won't cut it for video transcoding.

Honestly, don't bother if you need any kind of transcoding. If you can direct play everything, it is perfectly fine.
