Hi there,
I've been using jellyfin for a while now and I've been trying to fix this issue for a while now. I have a 4k remux which is about 68 mbps bitrate that plays fine on my main tv but not in my other room on my windows pc. The video hitches on jellyfin and smb but my download speed exceeds the bitrate and it exceeds the bitrate by far of 1080p remux that won't play smoothly either. They're both direct playing on jellyfin any help would be appreciated. Attached is my speed test results on my pc. Thanks
