Negatory. You cannot import a library structure into Jellyfin.
Jellyfin uses a combination of the folder structure, file names, and metadata tags to organize your music in the UI. It is kind of black magic and inconsistent, and I still have to manually organize music a small portion of the time even when adhering to the documentation.
For tagging, I use Musicbrainz Picard to auto-magically tag everything. Which has massively improved the hit rate of Jellyfin automatically getting things right. Pro-tip, make sure you configure Picard to prioritize metadata for your language (I'm assuming English). Otherwise foreign musicians will get foreign language metadata. Primarily an issue with Japanese/Korean/Chinese artists, etc.
