I have searched the internet and also this forum and can't see the resolution to my problem so i'm posting this to ask for help please.

I use Windows 10, have Jellyfin installed and am very happy with it however I cannot delete a file/folder in by Jellyfin libraries as I get "jellyfin has write access to the media folder and try again".

My media is all on an external SSD, and it appears that all users have can read/write to the drive so i'm rather stumped as to how to allow Jellyfin to remove a film from the listing and also from the hard disk. If I remove the film and restart Jellyfin (even from a re-boot of Windows) then it is not on the SSD but still shows in Jellyfin - a bit odd as Jellyfin is happy to add videos but doesn't want to remove them.

I have checked the SSD's folders (properties>security) and they all show users, etc as having read/write ability so i'm stuck as to how to fix this issue. I would really appreciate help on how to fix this issue. Please detail how I can remedy this matter as it is driving me nuts.

Also, I have 66 folders for TV shows which show fine however I actually have 67, one doesn't show at all, for no reason as the media files are all perfectly fine. Is there a limit on how much a library can hold in Jellyfin?
