You have something useful to help out with, please share it and help others.
If you're indirectly implying the community staff members (such as myself), we don't have a rule that forces us to respond to each post.
The staff here is a mixture of volunteers and direct Jellyfin team members, each with different skill levels when it comes to whatever random topics that are brought up here.
There's lots of topics I'm not of much help with, so I simply don't respond instead of waste people's time posting an "I'm sorry you're having an issue" filler comment.
And from the people that do have the knowledge on how to respond to a post, they're not always present 24/7. So there will be times where a post that someone can help with gets missed.
