SOLVED: Some Primary Posters Are Lost Without Fail

Solved (I hope.) I didn't spot this, but what you're seeing is a .jpeg with the same file name as the video in the source folder. I don't know how to tell Jellyfin to ignore those in future, but i've deleted them.
