Updated Windows, and now Caddy is being weird

Okay I posted too soon, I think I figured it out. Instead of using a Powershell window, I just used a normal Cmmd line window and that seemed to work just fine.

Jellyfin 10.10.6
Windows 11
RTX 3060 Ti
Ryzen 5 5600x
16GB RAM
8TB
