Is there an simple way to remove missing episodes?

I screwed up and forgot to untick missing episodes fetcher for one of my libraries

I have the same problem. Removing the Missing Folder option and re-scanning does not remove the folders. I recently added SNL and only have the SNL50 special (only 1 video). But I also have 288 missing folders showing up in the client. I use a Fire Stick and the latest JF server.
