EDIT: I figured it out. I disabled Android TV Jellyfin's Bitstream Dolby Digital stream and everything works as expected.

Here's the file profile that I'm trying to stream, it is DV only, not hybrid. Hybrid file works.

got a little further. It shows video now, but the coloration is totally off (as if tonal mapping is not right).
