I am having a similar problem. I am on Windows 11 using Jellyfin 10.10.6, but I cannot access "localhost:8096" anywhere. I have tried accessing it through several browsers and they either timeout or I get an error message:
"(Browser) can’t establish a connection to the server at {public IP censored - TDP}:8096.
"The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
"If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
"If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web."
All is fine in my firewall and the Resource Monitor shows "allowed, not restricted" but I can do nothing to proceed. Any thoughts, anyone? Thanks.
