Jellyfin can utilize either an integrated or dedicated GPU for transcoding. Upgrading to an AMD chip without an integrated or dedicated GPU would actually result in a downgrade for your server. Intel HD integrated GPUs or a dedicated Intel Arc card are your best options.

For what I understand there is no Intel HD graphics driver installed on my server, so if I upgrade to AMD Ryzen it wont be "downgrading" performance for Jellyfin streaming.
