Have a look at this : https://github.com/MakD/Jellyfin-Media-Bar. It can makes random suggestions based on all your contents or use a custom list to suggest from. It does need a little modding of some files. Or you could use something that is no longer updated but which I use : https://github.com/tedhinklater/Jellyfin...ontent-Bar.
