Metadata edit not sticking

I have an old TV special that I added to my collection. One of the actors is listed in the main cast on themoviedb but doesn't appear in the cast on either the web or the app.

So I added the actress via Edit Metadata in Jellyfin. Hit save. Still not there. Go to Edit Metadata again and she's not in the People list. None of the lock buttons are cleared. 

Any idea what's happening?
