Zorin is based on Ubuntu. You need to either chown the folder(s) in question or set permissions such that the user running Jellyfin has access to the folder(s). If you installed bare metal, you should be able to find the folder(s) in question in $HOME/.local/share/jellyfin unless you changed the install dir.
