The only CPU usage would be from the audio transcoding since the iGPU is handling the video transcode. This shouldn't stress your CPU too much. When my setup transcode audio it doesn't even boost the CPU clock. It stays at its lowest power state (~800Mhz). And the iGPU shouldn't draw too much power either when transcoding.

Can you share the main Jellyfin log?
