    Alright, so to avoid creating tons of small files, should I disable caching? But if I do, what exactly happens? What gets created instead?
    Unfortunately, the documentation isn't very clear, and for those who aren't fluent in English, understanding all the functionality can be quite challenging.
    Also, I'd like to know: is it possible to migrate to another PC without losing data? Could I just copy the entire ProgramData folder and expect everything to work properly on the new system?
