SOLVED: Connectivity Issues

Android TV Application reinstalled, unable to connect to working server.

Yes I used an IP address very similar to this. I also used the one displayed in the dashboard for Jellyfin showing the connected IP from my desktop, which I had used successfully previously. No dice. For the IP example you gave, that was the one that threw me a "timed out" error, and every other one simply couldn't connect.
