Jellyfin on Roku 3.0.0 released

I'm seeing an issue when trying to play back files using the new v3 version. Files that are in 4K HEVC Dolby Vision Profile 8.1 (HDR10) are giving the following error:

'some encoding parameters are not supported by the QSV runtime.'

Playing the same file on the old version (2.3.1) works with no issues.

The new version tries to transcode the video
Stream #0:0 -> #0:0 (hevc (native) -> hevc (hevc_qsv))

while the old version does not
Stream #0:0 -> #0:0 (copy)

Any reasons why this would be?
