    • Can access Jellyfin from the host machine using the host's LAN IP

    The address your pinging the jellyfin server with is the address you enter in the lan client such as Jellyfin Media Player, Android TV, etc...
    My example:

       
    Jellyfin 10.10.7 on Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS, OptiPlex 7050 i7-6700 32GB ram (headless)
    Arc A310, Raidz2 45 TiB, Netgate 4200 PFsense/HAproxy
