First scan may be a little resource intensive. I'm not super familiar with Synology, but are there additional parameters you can add to the docker run command or compose file used by the content manager? You might be able to limit Jellyfin to a certain amount of resources using Docker parameters until it completes the first scan and then free it up to do whatever it needs.
