I didn't know that the DS220j could run Docker. I read up a little and seems it can with a bit of fiddling - just about. Maybe try running Jellyfin bare metal instead; though I'm not sure where the latest SPK would be for Jellyfin - maybe try the package centre/synocommunity
You could also try starting with a very minimal library and see what happens on first scan, say a couple of movies and a TV series. Then just bring in more shows/movies in parts.
