Can't log in - password issue

Admin account can't access the jellyfin

I tried to reset the server, but no luck.
I tried to reset the password again, and Jellyfin made a file with reset PIN, which I used to reset it - but when I tried to login it says the same - "You are not authorized to access the server at this time. Please contact your srver administrator..."

What can I do?
