Another vote for the A380. I have have 3 or 4 streams at once with no issues at all, it handles AV1 and any other codec, and relatively low power/heat.

OpenMandriva ROME
Ryzen 7600
Arc A380
32GB RAM
x3 8TB hdd mdadm RAID5
