SOLVED: Issues with Intel Hardware Accelaration

I can´t get my Jellyfin on my TrueNAS to use VAAPI for transcoding. Activating VAAPI results heavy errors in the player

I am running a TrueNAS Scale server with 16Gb RAM, i3 14100, 4TB HDD as media drive and an 500GB drive for the apps themselves.
The Jellyfin Container is configured with GPU passthrough. But enabling VAAPI in the Jellyfin transcoding tab results in errors when playing videos.

VA-API Device:
/dev/dri/renderD128

hardware decoding:
H264
HEVC
AV1
HEVC 10bit

error:
The playback failed due to a critical player error.
