I've run into something similar before. Everything looked fine, direct play, low CPU, strong connection. Turned out the culprit was the router’s bufferbloat messing with high bitrate streams, especially with Dolby Vision. Once I switched to Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi for the box, it smoothed out. Also, weirdly enough, browser extensions like ad blockers can mess with playback sometimes. I once had to dig through https://total-adblock.pissedconsumer.com...rvice.html when an update broke my player overlays. Worth testing playback with all extensions off or trying a different client app entirely.
