Try putting your TV shows in sub folders to separate them . Shows > The Wire (2002) for example. It's even best to put them also in season folders. Shows > The Wire (2002) > Season 1 > etc. Because you haven't done this Jellyfin thinks that all of your episodes belong to a series called "Shows" & is matching everything inside that folder as "Your Show of Shows"
