SOLVED: Shows have no episodes or metadata when added to Jellyfin

I seem to have solved the issue, I believe it was due to a conflict between how my series were being named (with TVDB IDs in the folder name) and the metadata providers that I had set as priority in library settings. I will mark this as solved.
