DVD-SUB causing random transcoding because of incompatible subtitle format

FireTV client is sometimes transcoding and sometimes not transcoding dvd mkvs with DVD-SUB based on seemingly nothing.

After more research it seems vobsub playback not working in androidtv client 18.x is expected and support will hopefully be added in ver 19
