Dolby Vision not working? maybe?

My understanding of the different profiles of DV is that they have different layers. I would guess this file does not have HDR fallback, so is being transcoded and tonemapped. The phone might be signaling compatibility, but it's not compatible with P5. The purple/green is the telltale sign of incompatibility with the HDR layers and no fallback data.
