How to start the scraper?

ok... I have now found that another library has bitten the dust. Again... it could find stuff before. But not now... I have checked all the steps suggested. Any other suggestions?

I tried the same things with this library. I tried removing the library and adding it back. Now jellyfin can't find those hundred or so movies that was there before.

Before I nuke this whole install and rebuild it from scratch. Is there anything else I can try?
