Did some more digging, VLC is able to play the IPTV M3U playlist just fine (no stuttering/buffering), and even putting the stream through Threadfin (xteve based IPTV handler) and utilizing VLC to buffer the stream still results in inconsistent stuttering on Jellyfin. Is there another selfhostable service like Jellyfin/Plex that I can use solely for Live IPTV and just run that parallel to my Jellyfin installation?
