can't access/use ALL available subtitle for shows(anime)?

only few of all the available subtitle are recognised for anime shows?

What are the filenames of the subtitles? Jellyfin may not be associating them with the main work. It helps most if they all follow a similar naming scheme. The documentation has a good example.
