Buffering on Remote Connection

How are you accessing remotely? Tailscale, port forwarding, or something else? Regardless, if you are using Tailscale or something else, temporarily test with port forwarding via HTTP (create a test user and dummy media if you don't want this test to go over the internet) and see if the issue is replicated.
