you don't actually need a plugin for youtube videos.
jellyfin itself is able to show and play any video sourced from youtube (or any other popular free streaming platform) with metadata and screenshot as long as you have the metadata itself embedded to / alongside the video files.
there are a few popular open source apps you can use to gather metadata and thumbnails.
here's the important part: create a "Music Videos" library, thumbnails would only show up in library view correctly when you choose that library type. make sure metadata is readily available your videos. then all of them will be ready for your viewing.
your videos has to be in .mp4 format, mkv can't keep metadata. if you want, you can also use Mp3Tag to add metadata to mp4 files.
