Yeah, I’ve run into that before — Jellyfin Media Player actually keeps its image cache separate from the server’s browser cache, usually buried under AppData\Roaming\jellyfinmediaplayer\cache rather than Local. Clearing that folder forces it to reload the updated thumbnails.
