10.11.0 & Tailscale stopped working

Before updating to 10.11.0 I was able to connect to my server by using Tailscale outside of my network, now it won't work.

I got it to work by restaring my phone, deleting the cache and data under Apps->Jellyfin then restarting tailscale.
