I'm having the same issue. I've got a show that isn't in any database, so I don't have the option to use identify to overwrite it. I manually
Title, Original Title, and Sort Title fields on the series metadata. When I open up the series page and then open up the season page (for season one in this case) the top of the page still has the old series title. Doing F12 on the web version I can see that there is a nameContainer that has an h1 for parentName (this is where the title is wrong) and an h3 for itemName, which in this case is Season 1. When I edit the metadata for the season, I can change the title to whatever and it causes the itemName section to reflect that change, however there is no field that effects the parentName. I've tried emptying my cache and hard reloading in the browser, and I've also attempted to restart the server. The parentName is also a link that takes me to the series page, confirming that it is meant to be the series name, even though the value is wrong. The issue also occurs on the individual episode pages, the only difference being that the itemName is a combination of the season name, episode number, and episode name.
