I got it working. I found that if I "replaced all metadata" for an album, it would then work on FinAmp instead of erroring to a grey screen. Using the "scan for new and updated files" did not work. I ended up doing the "replace all metadata" option for that entire library and the app is working again.
I complain about Jellyfin a lot and have no idea what I'm doing.
