I recommend you use Finamp. It is designed to work with Jellyfin specifically. It is available on iOS and Android.
You can start your playlist, then if you want you can use
- "Add to queue" which will put the song at the end of your playlist
or you can use
- "Play next" which will insert the song in the playlist to play next.
After the inserted song(s), it will continue with the playlist.
