some more info, the error from the kodi side, although looks like ultimately Jellyfin just times out when it hits the db for this show:
Additionally my library scan did finish to no avail. The shows2 library stuck around and had to be manually deleted but was fine otherwise, although this issue remains despite rebuilding the tv shows library from scratch. Except not really from scratch as the offending show still picks up as left off with watch history (eg it says next up is in season 16 despite having just created the library). Do I need to try nuking the db altogether/fresh install?
