I am having the same/similar issue. When I add my music library and tell it to scan nothing happens. I have let it sit for 12 hours now and my music library is still empty.
I'm running jellyfin official docker in unraid. This is a new/fresh install as I was constantly having database corruption issues on the other repo I was using. But I was having music library issues on the old repo as well. Was hoping going to the official would fix it but it hasn't.
