Kinda Solved:
So, it looks like i can't really do a backup because the malformed error is in jellyfin.db. I tried fixing the database using the .dump sql query and i was still getting errors of missing columns in the database. So what i did is just backup the metadata,library.db and plugins manually and nuked the server into oblivion. Cleared the appdata folder for jellyfin in unraid and reinstalled a new one. It seems to work right now i just had to create a new admin and stuff, basically like a fresh install. But hey, it works.
